Moët Hennessy Wholesalers Account Management Intern

- Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance commercial planning, offering insights and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial investment, managing order creation and amendments.
- Assist the Sales team in executing tradeshows and activations.
- Maintain monthly updates on forecast accuracy and variance analysis using Power BI dashboards.
- Support the process for new line forms across the Route to Market landscape.
- Manage FOC stock requests within the RTM team.
- Coordinate between team requests and Brand teams for POSM.
- Prepare ad-hoc PowerPoint presentations for prospect meetings and key resigns.
- Propose improvements to reporting, forecasting accuracy, and commercial visibility.
- Provide insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive data collection, reporting, and analysis for stock and depletion management.
- Collaborate with the RTM team to enhance planning and reporting tools, including Anaplan, FIP, Aspire, and Power BI.
- Engage with senior commercial stakeholders across RTM, Sales, and Brand teams.
- Gain exposure to pricing, margin, investment, and route-to-market decisions across a £55m+ portfolio.
- Support strategic projects such as account investment optimization and delivery rationalization.
- Experience in systems and data management within a commercial environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of P&L and value chain.
- Interest in the Wines & Spirits industry is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and SUMIFS; VBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
- Rigorous, adaptable, autonomous, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Ability to learn quickly.
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a commercial environment.
