Moët Hennessy Wholesaler Account Manager

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, acting as the primary point of contact for business-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned wholesaler accounts.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales volumes, set targets, and develop operational plans.
- Become an expert in the product portfolio and provide training and support to wholesaler partners.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards to track progress against targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management within the FMCG industry, preferably with a focus on wholesaler accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive, fast-paced settings.
- Exposure to the alcohol beverage product/industry is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in both Thai and English languages; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on wholesaler accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
