- Strategically manage and enable wholesaler partnerships across Malaysia to drive business growth.
- Align distribution targets, pricing, and promotions with wholesalers throughout Malaysia.
- Plan and manage distribution targets, pricing, and stock allocations.
- Build and execute Key Trade Agreements for wholesalers, setting expectations and performance KPIs.
- Ensure wholesalers meet call frequency, inventory levels, and POS standards.
- Support and execute trade programs and incentives to enhance sales team performance.
- Expand tactical footprint in second-tier cities and Chinese independent retail nationwide.
- Co-create incentive programs, channel-specific pricing, and promotional support.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics, including depletions, distribution coverage, and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions.
- Coordinate with brand marketing, customer marketing, and commercial sales teams.
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the FMCG industry with distribution knowledge.
- Strong background in Key Account Management, negotiation, and analytical reporting.
- Experience with multi-territory channel strategy.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin advantageous).
- Ability to travel and build relationships across Malaysia.
