- Provide key support to the Key Account Manager and Retail Operations Manager in nurturing partnerships with Moët Hennessy's largest global customer.
- Assist in the business growth of Moët Hennessy in Travel Retail, aligning with business objectives and agreed plans.
- Act as an ambassador for Moët Hennessy brands.
- Generate and manage key financial reports, including monthly volume forecasts, sell-out, and market share trackers.
- Update monthly forecasts on internal systems for North Europe Travel Retail customers and Airline Business.
- Maintain financial trackers such as A&P and FTT.
- Conduct monthly business updates and review weekly stock with the Supply Chain.
- Update Article SKU codes and customer I.D across UK and EMEA regions.
- Support quarterly planogram reviews and evaluate brand performances for assortment reviews.
- Create business presentations for internal meetings with cross-functional departments.
- Conduct pricing surveys in Domestic Markets and Travel Retail - UK & EMEA.
- Support the launch and performance development of new brands.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing activations to enhance consumer experiences.
- Organize project implementations in stores, including merchandising and visual implementations across EMEA.
- Maintain up-to-date brand guidelines and support communication with Sales Supervisors and Brand Ambassadors.
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, essential formulas)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus
- Acumen in information systems (SAP & Business planning tools)
