- Manage allocation, follow-up, phasing, and landing of A&P budgets within the designated area.
- Optimize the use of POSM materials to minimize waste.
- Identify and propose simplification initiatives to enhance communication across marketing and commercial teams.
- Act as a trade expert to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition and trends.
- Lead the ON TRADE high energy channel strategy with a focus on prioritizing impactful projects.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving portfolio targets by aligning client needs with brand proposals and Moët Hennessy priorities.
- Collaborate with Brand teams to develop activation mechanics that align with customer needs and recommend investment priorities.
- Ensure flawless execution of trade projects and activations, from agency briefings to implementation and monitoring.
- Build and maintain a network of creative and merchandising agencies, ensuring compliance with Moët Hennessy standards.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operational marketing and/or sales.
- Knowledge of ON/OFF Trade markets, preferably in the wine, spirits, or soft drinks industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; working knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Adobe Editor.
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills with empathy.
- Rigorous, organized, and driven by results with a sense of excellence.
- Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvement.
- Creative with an understanding of luxury standards.
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in operational marketing and/or sales, with a preference for experience in the wine, spirits, or soft drinks industry.
