- Collaborate with Brand teams to translate brand strategy into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines for on and off-premise channels.
- Develop core brand commercial program ideas and selling materials for activations and events.
- Create and update sell sheets and selling materials for sales teams, detailing heritage, craftsmanship, and product portfolio.
- Maintain brand assets on internal and external platforms.
- Engage and oversee third-party agencies for material creation.
- Lead weekly status calls with Brand, Procurement, and Creative Agencies.
- Create and manage POSM in collaboration with Brand Team, ensuring budget adherence.
- Oversee POSM images, details, allocations, and conduct quarterly scrapping exercises.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing team on program details and support key initiatives.
- Work with Consumer Insights to integrate consumer trends into selling materials.
- Manage timeline targets and stakeholders to produce program assets.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- 5+ years of marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
- Strong business/commercial strategy experience.
- Experience within the beverage alcohol & three-tier system is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with information systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and project management capabilities.
- Ability to deliver results and balance needs for Brand Teams and Field Marketing/Commercial Sales Team.
Minimum of 5 years in marketing or creative marketing within the wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
