1. Implement trade marketing plans and programs to enhance commercial execution.
2. Support the execution of channel plans for sales drivers and portfolio activation.
3. Contribute to operational efficiency through budget management and KPI reporting.
4. Build effective working relationships with distributor teams and ensure aligned execution expectations.
5. Manage use of Brand Point of Sale material and ensure detailed execution standards.
6. Prepare post-project execution analyses of key programs implemented in the channel.

1. Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the consumer industry, preferably with retail experience.
2. Experience in trade/customer/channel marketing.
3. Basic understanding of the luxury goods, wines & spirits, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

1. Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
3. Customer-focused, result-oriented, and hands-on approach.
4. Sociable with a positive inclination towards the product.

At least 3 years of commercial experience in the consumer industry, with a focus on retail and trade/customer/channel marketing.
