- Develop holistic trade marketing plans aligning with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Create channel strategies and operational plans for long-term sales drivers and portfolio activation.
- Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams.
- Allocate budgets for brands by activity and customer, ensuring financial diligence.
- Measure and report against activity KPIs, providing feedback for optimization.
- Collaborate with commercial teams for business reviews with trade partners.
- Ensure effective collaboration between consumer marketing and commercial teams.
- Manage brand POS material and assets for detailed execution.
- Prepare post-project analyses of key programs.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade/customer/channel marketing.
- Strong data-analysis, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Persistent and entrepreneurial with the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
