- Develop and execute holistic trade marketing plans in alignment with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Create and implement channel strategies and operational plans for long-term sales drivers and portfolio activation.
- Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams, maintaining an agile approach to market dynamics.
- Allocate budgets for brands by activity and customer, ensuring financial diligence and optimization of KPIs.
- Foster collaboration between consumer marketing and commercial teams for aligned execution with distributor capabilities.
- Manage brand POS materials and assets, ensuring detailed execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct post-project analyses of key programs to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
- Strong data-analysis, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Persistent and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a challenging environment.
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry is required.
