- Develop holistic trade marketing plans aligning with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Create long-term channel strategies and operational plans for sales drivers and portfolio activation.
- Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams.
- Allocate budgets for brands by activity and customer, ensuring financial diligence.
- Measure and report against activity KPIs, providing feedback for optimization.
- Collaborate with commercial teams for business reviews with trade partners.
- Align brand aspirations with distributor capabilities and ensure clear communication with partners.
- Manage procurement and maintenance of brand POS materials and assets.
- Prepare post-project analyses of key programs.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
- Strong data-analysis, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Persistent and entrepreneurial spirit.
