1. Develop holistic trade marketing plans aligning with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
2. Create long-term channel strategies and operational plans for sales drivers and portfolio activation.
3. Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams.
4. Allocate budgets for brands by activity and customer, ensuring financial diligence.
5. Measure and report against activity KPIs, providing feedback for optimization.
6. Collaborate with commercial teams for business reviews with trade partners.
7. Align brand aspirations with distributor capabilities and ensure clear communication with partners.
8. Manage procurement and maintenance of brand POS materials and assets.
9. Prepare post-project analyses of key programs.

1. At least 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
2. Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
