- Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans that align with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Create and implement channel strategies and operational plans for long-term sales drivers and portfolio activation.
- Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams, adapting plans based on market dynamics.
- Allocate budgets for brands by activity and customer, ensuring financial diligence and tracking.
- Collaborate with consumer marketing and commercial teams for aligned execution and effective communication with partners.
- Manage brand POS material and assets, ensuring events deliver agreed consumer experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Conduct post-project analyses of key programs to optimize future initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
- Strong data-analysis, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Persistent and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in challenging environments.
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry, with a focus on trade, customer, or channel marketing.
