Moët Hennessy Trade Marketing Intern

- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in developing visibility projects for various brands, aligning with commercial and marketing strategies for large retailers and Cash & Carry outlets.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing strategies, collaborating with regional directors and strategic marketing teams.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with internal departments such as Commercial, Marketing, and Accounting, as well as external partners and agencies.
- Gather requirements from the sales force and participate in the development of promotional materials and animation kits.
- Prepare commercial logistics with the sales team and service providers, ensuring availability of promotional materials and managing campaign logistics.
- Develop communication tools for the sales force and service providers, including animation scripts and assembly instructions for promotional materials.
- Regularly update content for the sales force and oversee deliveries and merchandising activities.
- Analyze the results of key commercial operations, providing quantitative and qualitative assessments.
- Define performance indicators and business outcomes for each activation.
- Manage brand-specific budgets, tracking allocations and updating the Easy Buy ordering tool with project financing details.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Sales or Marketing (Bac +4/5)
- Strong interest in commercial functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and organizational ability
- Client and results-oriented
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Sensitivity to large-scale distribution and the wines and spirits sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Entry-level experience suitable for recent graduates or students in their final year of study.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Sales or Marketing (Bac +4/5)
