Moët Hennessy Trade Marketing Executive (Off-Trade)

- Design and implement trade marketing plans for the Off‑Trade channel (supermarkets, department stores, convenience, specialists and cash & carry) aligned with each brand’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and execute brand activations, retail events and consumer experiences in key accounts to reinforce premium positioning.
- Develop and manage point‑of‑purchase (POP) materials, in‑store visibility and communication tools to elevate the consumer experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure flawless operational execution and local adaptation of brand initiatives.
- Monitor and audit field execution to ensure activations reflect brand standards of luxury and exclusivity.
- Manage the channel budget, track spend and measure ROI for trade marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key account stakeholders (store managers, buyers, sommeliers).
- Analyse performance data, produce KPI reports and recommend continuous improvements and growth opportunities.
- Identify consumer trends and best practices within the Off‑Trade channel and propose innovative commercial initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and brand image guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, brand activation or retail marketing within premium alcoholic beverages or luxury consumer goods.
- Proven experience in event execution, BTL promotions and visibility project management for the Off‑Trade/retail channel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong analytical capability to create and interpret performance reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to influence retail partners.
- Availability for national travel and ability to operate in a hybrid working model.

2–3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, retail activation or commercial roles within premium alcoholic beverages or luxury brands. Demonstrated track record in executing off‑trade activations, managing POS projects and delivering measurable retail results; commercial/retail experience is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or a related field.
