- Develop trade marketing plans aligned with the objectives of each brand in the portfolio.
- Coordinate and execute brand activations, events, and experiences in key accounts.
- Design and implement POP materials, point-of-sale visibility, and communication tools that reinforce premium positioning.
- Coordinate and monitor the national distribution of POSM material based on regional needs.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of activities.
- Monitor field execution to ensure each activation reflects the brand's luxury and exclusivity values.
- Manage the channel's allocated budget and measure the return on investment for each action implemented.
- Establish strategic relationships with key accounts, including bar managers and establishment owners.
- Analyze results and generate performance reports and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities, consumer trends, and best practices in the On Trade channel.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand image guidelines at all touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event execution, BTL promotions, and visibility project management in the On-Trade channel.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mexican consumer in the On Trade channel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Focus on results and attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to high-prestige brands.
- Ability to influence and inspire in demanding environments.
- Proactivity and leadership in the field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience in event execution, BTL promotions, and visibility project management in the On-Trade channel.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Eligible for home office based on MHMX policies, with approximately 50% travel required.
