Trade Marketing Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in developing visibility projects for various brands in line with commercial and marketing strategies.
2. Act as the main contact for the sales force and marketing teams.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of visibility projects at client locations, including agency briefs, project follow-up, and budget management.
4. Create presentation materials for the sales force for various activations.
5. Develop sales support tools for clients.
6. Conduct semi-annual or annual activation reviews by analyzing results and presenting conclusions to relevant stakeholders.
7. Manage equipment orders and track quotas using designated spreadsheets.
8. Accompany managers to client meetings to define upcoming projects.
9. Conduct regular competitive analysis on visibility efforts by competitors.
10. Serve as the interface between the sales force, managers, and marketing.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in sales/marketing.
2. Strong interest in commercial functions.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in sales/marketing.

Integration program to discover the company and meet key contacts. Regular follow-up meetings with a mentor to help develop skills.
