Moët Hennessy Trade Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in the development of visibility projects for various brands, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing strategies across national day and night venues.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales force and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement visibility projects at client locations, including internal visual merchandising, agency briefs, project development oversight, and budget management.
- Create presentation materials for the sales force to support various activations.
- Contribute to the development of sales support tools for clients.
- Conduct semi-annual or annual activation reviews, analyzing results and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage equipment orders and quota tracking using dedicated spreadsheets.
- Accompany managers to client meetings to define upcoming projects.
- Perform regular budget analyses and construct surprise reports.
- Analyze the performance of completed activations.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis of visibility efforts by competitors.
- Act as the interface between the sales force, managers, and marketing.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in sales/marketing.
- Strong interest in commercial functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, organized, and dynamic.
- Client and results-oriented.
- Creativity and ability to contribute new ideas for visibility projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
