- Assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan, focusing on flagship airport locations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design and implement temporary animations and consumer experiences.
- Ensure flawless execution by liaising with client operational teams, external production, and temporary staff agencies.
- Monitor sales impact and key performance indicators, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Support daily retail operations in flagship boutiques, analyzing retail KPIs and sharing performance insights.
- Conduct incentive and training plans for retail staff teams.
- Organize Maison visits for retail staff to enhance brand knowledge and engagement.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent program.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or retail operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a competitive environment.
- Resilience and composure under pressure.
Beginner level experience, ideally with exposure to retail or the luxury sector.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
