- Support the development and implementation of the regional Talent & Learning strategy, aligning with regional and global objectives.
- Conduct thorough skills assessments and needs analyses to identify critical skill gaps.
- Lead the design, development, and facilitation of a diverse learning calendar, including workshops, digital learning, and experiential programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams and external vendors to curate and deliver high-quality learning content.
- Establish and implement evaluation methods for learning programs, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a feedback-driven learning culture, promoting participative learning initiatives.
- Drive regional talent investment strategies, focusing on upskilling and leadership advancement.
- Collaborate with HR teams to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
- Manage the L&D and Talent Development budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Provide support for various HR and business initiatives, including ad-hoc projects and report preparation.
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR function.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR function, with a focus on training and program delivery.
