1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance recruitment standards and practices.
2. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate engagement, pipeline management, and offer negotiation.
3. Identify and engage high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
4. Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to understand business challenges and recruitment needs.
5. Utilize hiring data to improve recruitment processes.
6. Ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Manage and optimize recruitment software systems and assessment tools.
8. Lead recruitment projects, including process improvement initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
9. Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent acquisition process.

1. 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the wine and spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors.
2. Proven experience with regional recruiting strategies and execution.
3. Proficiency in proactive talent mapping and market insights presentation.
4. Familiarity with various assessment tools and systems, including ATS and HRIS.
5. Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement recruitment process improvements.
