- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance recruitment standards and practices.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including coordination, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
- Identify and engage with high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers to understand business challenges and recruitment needs.
- Utilize hiring data to improve hiring processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and optimize recruitment software systems and assessment tools.
- Lead recruitment projects, including process improvement initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the wine and spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods sectors.
- Proven experience with regional recruiting strategies and execution.
- Proficiency in proactive talent mapping and presenting market insights to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and systems, including ATS and HRIS.
- Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement improvements to enhance recruiting processes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Strong record in leading recruitment process projects and sharing best practices.
- Highly organized with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business environments.
