1. Ensure the highest standards of service in inventory and demand planning, and 3PL management.
2. Monitor importation activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Implement transfer pricing policies and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and customs brokers.
4. Develop and manage inbound and outbound supply chain arrangements.
5. Lead demand and supply planning to support market objectives and anticipate logistical risks.
6. Oversee KPIs including Sales Forecast Accuracy, Stock Coverage, and OTIF.
7. Integrate and launch new brands smoothly.
8. Pioneer supply chain initiatives to enhance supportability and agility.
9. Collaborate with IT & System teams to automate reports and increase efficiencies.
10. Oversee performance of supply chain & logistics vendors to support business objectives.

1. Strong and relevant experience in Supply Chain.
2. Experience in Organization Transformation and change management skills.
3. Knowledge and experience of local trade preferred.
4. Experience in SAP is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
