Moët Hennessy Supply Chain Intern

- Coordinate with warehouse, forwarder, and Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE) team to ensure stock receipt and dispatch align with SAP records.
- Analyze Incident Reports (IR), classify defects, and follow up with relevant parties.
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents for inter-company stock transfers and rebalancing.
- Create purchase orders and manage shipments in SAP.
- Manage stock transfers between bonded and duty-paid warehouses, updating batches in SAP.
- Apply for and monitor permit status on government platforms.
- Handle goods receipt for co-packing and monitor warehouse co-packing schedules.
- Create SKUs and generate stock reports, reconciling physical stock and analyzing discrepancies.
- Perform data entry for month-end closing reports and prepare documents for audits.
- Assist in bin end and staff sales operations, including SKU listing and on-site sales support.
- Participate in and support supply chain optimization projects and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Dedicated and hardworking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to work under pressure within given timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Experience with SAP software is advantageous but not required.
- Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship.
- Problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
- Process improvement skills to streamline workflows and optimize performance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in supply chain operations and logistics is essential.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a leading luxury brand, with opportunities to develop practical skills and contribute to process efficiency.
