1. Monitor shipment status and prepare necessary shipping documents for customs clearance.
2. Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and customs agencies to ensure timely notification of incoming shipments.
3. Conduct weekly reviews of duty and tax estimations and actuals.
4. Update in-transit stock records upon receipt of shipping documents from MHAP.
5. Organize outbound shipments by coordinating with relevant parties on shipping documents and schedules.
6. Manage bonded warehouse storage periods for each bill of lading and cargo.
7. Generate daily stock availability reports for Duty Paid and Duty Free items.
8. Reconcile inventory between SAP B1 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
9. Report and document any incidents of damage found in inventory.
10. Create and manage new FG/POSM codes in ERP systems such as SAP B1, eWorkflow, and Powerapps.
11. Create local POSM purchase orders and perform inventory revaluation and adjustments in SAP B1.
12. Reconcile inventory ending balances and prepare intercompany invoices and vendor payment vouchers for monthly closing.
13. Support Duty Free business operations by preparing shipping documents.
14. Assist the supply chain manager and team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
15. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks within the supply chain and broader organization.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.

1. Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Meticulous attention to detail.
4. Energetic, collaborative, and decisive nature.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
6. Problem-solving skills and research capabilities.
7. Proficiency in managing multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.

2-4 years of relevant supply chain experience within complex, multicultural business environments. Experience in the liquor, F&B, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
