1. Provide Level 1 business support on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and non-SAP related areas to ensure efficient daily operations.
2. Facilitate training initiatives for the Supply Chain community, sharing best practices in SAP SD and MM management, commercial traceability, and TNT principles.
3. Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on Supply Chain business processes in SAP ERP implementations and other related software platforms.
4. Engage with markets, coordinate with external parties, and provide assistance on SAP/EDI/Non-SAP management to ensure effective management of supply chain operations and practices in the region.
5. Coordinate regional parallel import data collection and decoding in the system, reporting to regional and market stakeholders accurately and timely.

1. Strong analytical and supply chain expertise with proven ability to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.
2. Deep knowledge of SAP with hands-on experience in leveraging the system to support business operations.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

2. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
3. Change management: Experience in supporting end-user training, creating documentation, and providing post-go-live support to manage the transition to new systems.
4. Positive mindset: Highly self-driven/motivated to lead assigned initiatives to completion.

Minimum 3 years of significant hands-on experience with SAP, coupled with a strong technical understanding of its functionalities and ability to leverage its capabilities to support business operations and process improvements.
