1. Manage and update the supplier database in accordance with internal control procedures and standards.
2. Assist and train new team members on supplier processes, imparting best practices, internal procedures, and associated tools to ensure effective integration and optimal data management.
3. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the supplier database with established procedures and internal control standards.
4. Maintain the precision, reliability, and harmonization of Master Data information, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal requirements to optimize usage by stakeholders.
5. Conduct analysis of existing dashboards and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization, proposing innovative solutions to refine performance indicators, enhance data visualization, and facilitate interpretation.
6. Participate in additional projects as dictated by internal developments.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data or a related field (Bac+4/5).

1. Strong interest in information systems and proficiency in Excel.
2. Curiosity and business orientation, with a particular interest in the wines & spirits sector and consumer goods.
3. Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to propose improvements.
4. Developed team spirit and ability to integrate quickly into a dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in English is desired.

Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
