- Manage and update the supplier database in accordance with internal control procedures and standards.
- Assist and train new team members on supplier processes, imparting best practices, internal procedures, and associated tools to ensure effective integration and optimal data management.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the supplier database with established procedures and internal control standards.
- Maintain the precision, reliability, and harmonization of Master Data information, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal requirements to optimize usage by stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of existing dashboards and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization, proposing innovative solutions to refine performance indicators, enhance data visualization, and facilitate interpretation.
- Participate in additional projects as dictated by internal developments.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data or a related field (Bac+4/5).
- Strong interest in information systems and proficiency in Excel.
- Curiosity and business orientation, with a particular interest in the wines & spirits sector and consumer goods.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to propose improvements.
- Developed team spirit and ability to integrate quickly into a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is desired.
