- Support the CEO, Executive Committee, and Maisons in defining Moët Hennessy's global strategy.
- Identify potential investment opportunities that align with Moët Hennessy's criteria, including established brands, artisanal brands, start-ups, and joint ventures.
- Execute M&A operations, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist operational teams in integrating new acquisitions.
- Identify new solutions to meet the innovation needs of the Maisons.
- Facilitate and monitor projects between startups and the Maisons.
- Connect with the LVMH innovation ecosystem and the MH Open Innovation network.
- Support the organization of acculturation experiences for the MH Innovate community, including the selection of new brands and startups at major international events.
- Perform ad hoc missions for the innovation management team.
- Final-year student at a Business School, Engineering School, or pursuing a Master's in Finance, Management, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or Corporate M&A is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dynamic, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a pursuit of excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and provide solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Entry-level experience is required, with a preference for candidates with exposure to investment banking, strategy consulting, or Corporate M&A.
Final-year student in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Finance, Management, or Economics.
Reimbursement of transportation costs at 75% and meal vouchers at 50%.
