- Prepare Business Review decks for 5 Maisons, including agendas, analysis, data consolidation, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Brand and Commercial Forecasting teams to update quarterly KPI tracker.
- Consolidate monthly recaps from Whiskey Sales Managers.
- Draft commentary and distribute monthly performance reports to Maison teams.
- Manage the S&BP Project Tracker and provide updates during weekly status meetings.
- Assist Associate Manager, Director, and Brand Teams with ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in Insights & Business Intelligence meetings and manage timelines for relevant studies.
- Maintain pricing guidelines in collaboration with the Revenue Growth Management team.
- Support allocation processes for VAP, limited editions, or new SKUs using historical data.
- Monitor and flag out-of-stock risks weekly.
- Maintain business continuity documents for S&BP report-run.
- Act as a subject matter expert in MAP and PowerBI, training new team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or corporate strategy, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively.
Relevant experience in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or corporate strategy, with a strong understanding of brand marketing, preferably in a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
