- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the NSW Sales Team and Head Office sales members, including coordination of team meetings, travel arrangements, and asset management.
- Facilitate activation planning, implementation, and review for key account groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Manage artwork requests, sales presentations, and promotional materials to support Account Managers and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate winemaker visits and manage logistics, ensuring seamless execution of events and promotions.
- Oversee POSM (Point of Sale Materials) management, including order placement, distribution, and maintenance to optimize resource utilization.
- Support the execution of local sales activities and joint planning sessions with key account groups to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with contracted customer agreements and manage internal system updates for new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or administration, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods or liquor industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in Desktop Publishing and understanding of printing processes.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with adaptability to ambiguity.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
