- Manage brand-related budgets and sponsorship fees, ensuring full P&L responsibility for managed customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential key accounts across the food services and events catering sector.
- Lead the negotiation and renewal of existing partnerships while proactively seeking new brand and consumer relatable commercial partnerships.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the third-party event industry, building an extensive network of peers and influential partners.
- Develop and implement a structured prospecting strategy, including lead generation and creating joint business plans.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver partnerships, enhancing consumer awareness and maximizing commercial sell-out.
- Optimize the performance of collaborations, enhancing brand image and visibility.
- Plan, review, and update sales volume forecasts, utilizing sales reporting systems to monitor and analyze business performance.
- Gather and utilize comprehensive competitor information to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and host selling events such as tastings, dinners, and brand experiences, fostering strong relationships with partner corporate clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales account management.
- Proven experience in event management and execution of communication and training actions.
- Strong connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the food service industry.
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits, with a WSET or another Wine & Spirit diploma being advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including public speaking.
- Creativity and innovation in developing partnerships.
- Resilience and persistence in achieving objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
A minimum of 5 years in sales account management, with a focus on the food service industry and event management.
