1. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to identify opportunities for process automation.
2. Automate processes using VBA, Python, and Power Automate, while continuously evaluating and enhancing these processes to optimize efficiency.
3. Prepare and conduct training sessions on VBA, Python, and Power Automate for team members.
4. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Hub and Market Operations through active participation in order fulfillment processes.
5. Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and various projects as assigned.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Independent, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and self-motivated.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, and Power tools such as Power Pivot, Automate, and Query.
2. Familiarity and experience with UiPath.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Effective communication abilities.
5. Research and analysis skills.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in a leading luxury brand, access to training and development opportunities, and exposure to both operational and technical aspects of the business.
