1. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to identify opportunities for process automation.
2. Develop and implement automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Prepare and deliver training materials for VBA, Python, and Power Automate to support team learning.
4. Gain hands-on experience in Hub and Market Operations, focusing on order fulfillment processes.
5. Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and various projects, providing exposure to both operational and technical aspects of the business.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, and Power tools such as Power Pivot, Automate, and Query.
2. Familiarity with UiPath.
3. Independence and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
5. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Beginner level experience in relevant technical fields, with a focus on automation and process improvement.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
