- Develop and execute holistic trade marketing plans aligned with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Strategize and implement long-term channel sales drivers and portfolio activation plans.
- Lead cycle meetings with distributor and marketing teams, adapting plans based on market dynamics.
- Allocate budgets for brand activities with financial diligence and track monthly and quarterly expenditures.
- Foster collaboration between consumer marketing and commercial teams for aligned execution.
- Manage brand POS materials and ensure events align with brand standards.
- Conduct post-project analyses to optimize future programs.
- Plan strategically for channels, identifying opportunities and developing win-win strategies with accounts.
- Inspire and guide the team to excel and contribute to business growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
- Experience in people management.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented.
- Ability to work beyond regular hours as needed.
