Moët Hennessy Senior Trade Marketing Manager

- Develop holistic trade marketing plans aligning with brand, commercial, and trade objectives.
- Create channel strategy and operational plans for long-term and short-term sales drivers and portfolio activation.
- Ensure operational efficiency through budget allocation, KPI measurement, and collaboration with commercial teams.
- Foster collaboration between consumer marketing and commercial teams for aligned execution.
- Manage implementation, procurement, and maintenance of brand POS materials and assets.
- Conduct strategic channel planning and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve business objectives.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Background in trade, customer, or channel marketing.
- Experience in people management.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Brand-building mindset with an understanding of channel realities.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented.
