Moët Hennessy Senior Trade Marketing Manager

- Design and implement the Trade Marketing strategy for Moët Hennessy brands, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and adaptation to the local market.
- Develop activation plans by channel (On Trade and Off Trade), point of sale, and season, maximizing product visibility and turnover.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, acting as a bridge between brand strategy and commercial execution.
- Oversee trade marketing investments, optimizing return on investment (ROI) and proposing continuous improvements in materials, promotions, and BTL campaigns.
- Lead relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring flawless execution in premium and high-end channels.
- Manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and results orientation.
- Monitor commercial and activation KPIs, generating strategic reports for decision-making.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Commercial & Trade Marketing and leadership positions.
- Demonstrated experience in the premium alcoholic beverages sector, preferably with luxury brands.
- Solid understanding of On Trade, Off Trade, and Luxury Retail channels.
- Highly analytical and business-oriented profile with experience in commercial execution and strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative working skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
