- Accountable for allocation, follow-up, phasing, and landing of the A&P budgets in the designated area.
- Maximize and improve the use of POSM materials, reducing waste.
- Detect and propose simplification initiatives to enhance communication across marketing and commercial teams.
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring competition and trends, becoming a trade expert.
- Champion the ON TRADE high energy channel strategy with a hands-on approach, prioritizing key projects with tangible business impact.
- Support the Sales Team in reaching portfolio targets by aligning client needs with brand proposals and MH priorities.
- Collaborate with Brand teams to develop activation mechanics in line with customer needs, recommending investment priorities and platforms.
- Ensure brilliant execution of all trade projects and activations within assigned geographical areas, from agency brief to implementation and monitoring.
- Build and maintain an efficient network of agencies, ensuring full compliance with MH Audit standards.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operational marketing and/or sales.
- Knowledge of ON/OFF Trade market, preferably in the wine, spirits, or soft drinks industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Editor.
- Analytical mindset.
- Conflict resolution and communication skills with good empathy.
- Rigorous and organized with a drive for excellence and results.
- Proactive attitude with a curious mindset and desire for continuous improvement.
- Sense of creativity and design with an understanding of luxury standards.
- Positive and constructive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; working knowledge of French is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in operational marketing and/or sales, with a focus on the ON/OFF Trade market.
