1. Develop and manage Moët Hennessy USA's sales plan by SKU, integrating supply constraints as necessary.
2. Generate sales forecasts in APO by SKU and location, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and quotas.
3. Ensure accurate stock coverage by entering Resupply PO’s in SAP.
4. Organize and lead monthly S&OP forecasts meetings with each spirits marketing brand team.
5. Support the Director of Supply Chain Planning during monthly financial S&OP forecast reviews.
6. Manage distributor sourcing to ensure demand is forecasted correctly across various channels.
7. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production for new product launches.
8. Manage vintage transitions using FIFO accounting principles.
9. Reconcile allocated items quarterly to ensure alignment with forecasted consumption and financial targets.
10. Support operations on special projects and consistently work on process improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of demand and/or supply planning experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment.
4. Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics.

1. Proficiency in APO for sales forecasting.
2. Experience with Power BI for reporting.
3. Familiarity with Anaplan as a source of information.
4. Advanced Excel skills for ad hoc reporting.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning is required.

Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
