- Develop and manage Moët Hennessy USA's sales plan by SKU, integrating supply constraints as necessary.
- Generate sales forecasts in APO by SKU and location, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and quotas.
- Ensure accurate stock coverage by entering Resupply PO’s in SAP.
- Organize and lead monthly S&OP forecasts meetings with each spirits marketing brand team.
- Support the Director of Supply Chain Planning during monthly financial S&OP forecast reviews.
- Manage distributor sourcing to ensure demand is forecasted correctly across various channels.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production for new product launches.
- Manage vintage transitions using FIFO accounting principles.
- Reconcile allocated items quarterly to ensure alignment with forecasted consumption and financial targets.
- Support operations on special projects and consistently work on process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of demand and/or supply planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics.
- Proficiency in APO for sales forecasting.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting.
- Familiarity with Anaplan as a source of information.
- Advanced Excel skills for ad hoc reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning is required.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
