- Develop and manage Moët Hennessy USA’s sales plan by SKU, integrating supply constraints and ensuring alignment with business trends and financial targets.
- Provide sales forecasts using APO by SKU and location, ensuring accuracy and consistency with financial budgets.
- Manage distributor sourcing and inventory levels, optimizing based on Service Level Agreements and distribution needs.
- Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with marketing and brand teams to align forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and manage vintage transitions using FIFO accounting principles.
- Oversee allocations for products with annual scarcity constraints, ensuring alignment with forecasted consumption and financial targets.
- Support special projects and consistently seek process and communication improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in demand or supply planning.
- Proficiency in APO for sales forecasting, Power BI for reporting, and Excel for ad hoc reporting.
- Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics and inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders' needs and adapt to changing environments.
A minimum of 3 years in demand or supply planning, with a proven track record of managing complex supply chain processes.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
