1. Propose purchase orders to distributors based on Moët Hennessy USA priorities to maximize depletions and maintain stable distributor inventory levels.
2. Calculate distributor needs using key parameters such as forecast, lead-time, and safety stock.
3. Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and market leads to adjust to changing needs.
4. Anticipate supply and business priorities, including pre-PI or landing.
5. Ensure smooth SKU transitions, including vintage changes and new labels.
6. Reserve stock in SAP to ensure distributor availability.
7. Optimize transportation through direct load based on sourcing, weight, and value.
8. Conduct weekly meetings to review processes and ensure smooth execution.
9. Monitor purchase order processing until delivery to distributors.
10. Optimize routes to market and implement efficiencies in sourcing and order exceptions.
11. Analyze and execute agility movements to maximize depletions in unbalanced supply contexts.
12. Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes.
13. Adjust tools and requirements based on distributor specificities.
14. Drive change within operations by prioritizing replenishment needs.
15. Identify and drive areas of improvement in collaboration with the replenishment manager.
16. Assist in testing new processes and updating purchase orders due to pricing changes.
17. Serve as the single point of contact for customer service for distributors and commercial teams.
18. Facilitate open communication with distributors regarding order status, allocations, and logistics constraints.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management.

1. Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain mechanics, with knowledge of U.S. importing/distribution.
3. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, data reporting systems, and planning tools such as Anaplan.
4. Experience in operations or supply chain, preferably in a B2B environment.
5. Familiarity with the wines and spirits 3-tier system is preferred.
6. Action-oriented mindset and ability to apply nimble learning.
7. Capability to balance stakeholders in multi-party situations.
8. Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
9. Courageous in voicing opinions and developing business insights.
10. Highly organized with the ability to work independently and set priorities.
