- Proactively suggest purchase orders to distributors based on Moët Hennessy USA priorities, such as maximizing depletions and maintaining stable Days of Inventory (DOI) at distributors.
- Calculate distributor needs using key parameters like forecast, lead-time, and safety stock.
- Lead collaborative meetings with distributors and market leads to adjust to changing needs.
- Anticipate key supply and business priorities, including pre-PI or landing.
- Ensure smooth execution of SKU transitions, such as vintage changes and new labels.
- Reserve stock in SAP to ensure availability for distributors.
- Optimize transportation via direct load based on correct sourcing, weight, and value.
- Conduct proactive weekly meetings to review processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor purchase order processing until delivery to distributors.
- Optimize route to market for all orders, evaluating efficiencies related to sourcing and order exceptions.
- Analyze and execute agility movements to maximize depletions in unbalanced supply contexts.
- Lead replenishment transformation by optimizing and implementing new tools and processes in partnership with the Project team and replenishment manager.
- Adjust tools and requirements based on distributor specificities and business needs.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer service issues for distributors and the commercial team.
- Drive open and regular communication with distributors to review order status, allocations, and logistics constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Business Management
