- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy and marketing plan for Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, in collaboration with the Champagnes Brand Group Manager.
- Analyze market research and data to fuel consumer and market understanding, enhancing brand desirability.
- Communicate and cascade the brand plan to stakeholders including commercial teams, supply chain, and media partners.
- Guide creative needs and execution through external partners and direct reports, focusing on retail and on-trade activations, media plans, and consumer events.
- Engage closely with sales teams to monitor brand initiatives and competitor activities, assessing qualitative and quantitative impacts.
- Ensure effective portfolio management in collaboration with supply and finance teams.
- Lead communications with all Moët Hennessy stakeholders, ensuring brand training and compliance with marketing budgets and administrative processes.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- High energy and proactive attitude with a spirit of conquest.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of commercial processes and market dynamics.
- Passion for luxury, pop culture, and wines & spirits.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within leading global luxury brands or consumer goods. Experience managing direct reports is advantageous.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
