Moët Hennessy Senior Product Manager

- Develop and oversee the local short and long-term brand strategy for Dom Pérignon, Krug, and Armand de Brignac in France, defining ambitions, success indicators, and key success factors.
- Draft and implement annual strategic plans based on brand positioning and market challenges.
- Identify development opportunities through a deep understanding of brand and consumer insights.
- Execute operational activation plans in collaboration with trade marketing teams and external partners.
- Manage ATL projects related to media, digital, and press relations.
- Represent and embody the brand to internal teams and external stakeholders through product and brand training.
- Deploy resources to achieve volume, value, and margin objectives.
- Analyze business and market trends, providing strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the construction and monitoring of monthly sales forecasts.
- Ensure the monitoring and optimization of the brand's A&P budget.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, and financial teams as well as external providers.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence and monthly reporting of actions, sharing insights and recommendations.
- Advanced degree in marketing, business, or equivalent (Master's level, Grande École, or specialized Master).
- Significant experience in product marketing, ideally within the wine & spirits or broader luxury sector.
- Strong affinity for the luxury industry.
- Expertise in brand strategies, activation plans, and business management.
- Ability to analyze markets, identify consumer insights, and propose strategic recommendations.
- Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent prestigious brands.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy in managing priorities and budgets.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and performance management.
A minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager role, preferably in the wine & spirits or luxury sector.
Advanced degree in marketing, business, or equivalent (Master's level, Grande École, or specialized Master).
