Moët Hennessy Senior Product Manager - Champagne

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot in collaboration with the Champagnes Brand Group Manager.
- Analyze market research and data to fuel consumer and market understanding, identifying key consumer targets and touchpoints.
- Coordinate with commercial teams, supply chain, media partners, and agencies to cascade brand plans effectively.
- Guide creative needs with external partners such as ATL and BTL agencies and editorials.
- Oversee execution of brand initiatives through direct reports and deployment teams, focusing on retail and on-trade activations, paid media, PR communication, and consumer events.
- Engage closely with sales teams to monitor brand and competitor initiatives, assessing qualitative and quantitative impacts.
- Manage portfolio with supply and finance teams, ensuring accurate marketing and T&E budgets.
- Lead communication with all Moët Hennessy stakeholders, from Maison to field sales teams, and ensure brand training for relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements and processes.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- High energy, proactive attitude with a spirit of conquest.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Deep understanding of commercial processes and dynamics.
- Passion for pop culture, luxury, and wines & spirits.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
Minimum of 3 years in marketing within leading global luxury brands or consumer goods. Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
