- Oversee global compliance, reliability, and efficiency of end-to-end purchasing cycle and procurement processes.
- Act as Regional North America EazyBuy Champion, leading procurement audits and continuous improvement action plans.
- Manage a team of P2P processors to ensure service levels and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance service efficiency and manage unsolved issues within the MH EazyBuy Support model.
- Coordinate enhancements and roll-out within entities, integrating business solutions for IT systems evolution.
- Ensure procurement process issues are addressed transversally with Finance, Internal Control, and IT.
- Develop and deliver sourcing purchasing tools in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.
- Lead the MH North America Supplier Diversity program and sustainability initiatives aligned with LVMH LIFE 360.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, with a focus on processes and systems.
- Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
- Robust experience in Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
- Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
