1. Oversee global compliance, reliability, and efficiency of end-to-end purchasing cycle and procurement processes.
2. Act as Regional North America EazyBuy Champion, leading procurement audits and continuous improvement action plans.
3. Manage a team of P2P processors to ensure service levels and identify opportunities for process improvements.
4. Collaborate with IT to enhance service efficiency and manage unsolved issues within the MH EazyBuy Support model.
5. Coordinate enhancements and roll-out within entities, integrating business solutions for IT systems evolution.
6. Ensure procurement process issues are addressed transversally with Finance, Internal Control, and IT.
7. Develop and deliver sourcing purchasing tools in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.
8. Lead the MH North America Supplier Diversity program and sustainability initiatives aligned with LVMH LIFE 360.

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, with a focus on processes and systems.

1. Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
2. Robust experience in Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
3. Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
4. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
5. Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.
6. Strong presentation and analytical skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
