- Train newcomers on MH Spending Essentials and main procurement processes, including vendor creation and P2P steps.
- Manage a team of 6 P2P processors to ensure service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance HelpDesk efficiency and develop continuous improvement documentation.
- Act as a level 3 partner in the MH EazyBuy Support model, addressing unresolved issues.
- Identify and build enhancement cases with local and IT teams for Central arbitration.
- Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities and prepare business solutions for POSM IT systems evolution.
- Integrate new brands into the portfolio and operating systems, addressing procurement process issues with Finance, Internal Control, and IT.
- Develop and deliver Sourcing Purchasing tools of the EazyBuy roadmap in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Purchasing and/or Finance experience, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
- Robust experience with Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
- Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
Minimum 10 years of Purchasing and/or Finance experience, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
