1. Train newcomers on MH Spending Essentials and main procurement processes, including vendor creation and P2P steps.
2. Manage a team of 6 P2P processors to ensure service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Collaborate with IT to enhance HelpDesk efficiency and develop continuous improvement documentation.
4. Act as a level 3 partner in the MH EazyBuy Support model, addressing unresolved issues.
5. Identify and build enhancement cases with local and IT teams for Central arbitration.
6. Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities and prepare business solutions for POSM IT systems evolution.
7. Integrate new brands into the portfolio and operating systems, addressing procurement process issues with Finance, Internal Control, and IT.
8. Develop and deliver Sourcing Purchasing tools of the EazyBuy roadmap in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of Purchasing and/or Finance experience, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

1. Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
2. Robust experience with Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
3. Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
4. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
5. Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.
6. Collaborative management skills.
7. Strong presentation skills.
8. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.

Minimum 10 years of Purchasing and/or Finance experience, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
