- Oversee global compliance, reliability, and efficiency of the end-to-end purchasing cycle, procurement processes, and systems.
- Act as the Regional North America EazyBuy Champion, leading procurement audits and continuous improvement action plans.
- Serve as the compliance gatekeeper for MH Spending Essentials and related audits.
- Champion Source To Pay tools and processes, ensuring efficient S2P systems.
- Enable process integration for new brands and organizational evolutions.
- Lead new processes, best practices, and technology enhancements to serve markets and wineries.
- Manage cross-functional projects with Central MH teams and North American entities.
- Train newcomers on MH Spending Essentials and procurement processes.
- Manage a team of P2P processors to ensure service level and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities and prepare business solutions for IT system evolution.
- Integrate new brands into the portfolio and operating systems.
- Develop and deliver sourcing purchasing tools in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.
- Lead the Social Audits program and sustainability initiatives aligned with LVMH LIFE 360 and MH P4T.
- Manage procurement-related communications and develop internal purchasing communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
- Robust experience with Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
- Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.
- Collaborative management skills.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
