1. Oversee global compliance, reliability, and efficiency of the end-to-end purchasing cycle, procurement processes, and systems.
2. Act as the Regional North America EazyBuy Champion, leading procurement audits and continuous improvement action plans.
3. Serve as the compliance gatekeeper for MH Spending Essentials and related audits.
4. Champion Source To Pay tools and processes, ensuring efficient S2P systems.
5. Enable process integration for new brands and organizational evolutions.
6. Lead new processes, best practices, and technology enhancements to serve markets and wineries.
7. Manage cross-functional projects with Central MH teams and North American entities.
8. Train newcomers on MH Spending Essentials and procurement processes.
9. Manage a team of P2P processors to ensure service level and identify improvement opportunities.
10. Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities and prepare business solutions for IT system evolution.
11. Integrate new brands into the portfolio and operating systems.
12. Develop and deliver sourcing purchasing tools in collaboration with Central MH Project Teams.
13. Lead the Social Audits program and sustainability initiatives aligned with LVMH LIFE 360 and MH P4T.
14. Manage procurement-related communications and develop internal purchasing communication tools.

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.

1. Strong proficiency in end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba).
2. Robust experience with Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management.
3. Strong expertise in financial systems and processes.
4. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders.
5. Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities.
6. Collaborative management skills.
7. Strong presentation and analytical skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Finance, with a focus on processes and systems, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred.

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
