- Establish strong partnerships with APAC businesses and act as a trusted advisor in marketing campaigns.
- Measure and ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to understand ROI and impact.
- Contribute to regional marketing strategies, full-funnel optimization, and advanced analytics.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, media strategy, and infrastructure development.
- Guide regional markets on creative asset effectiveness and marketing plan development.
- Maintain performance tracking and provide ongoing reporting through KPIs.
- Assist in strategic adjustments based on consumer feedback and performance data.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and connect results to present holistic performance stories.
- Collaborate with research agencies for comprehensive storytelling and learning extraction.
- Drive education and training for marketing community stakeholders.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders globally.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Expertise in various paid channels including Programmatics, Display, Social, Search, and Influencer.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and integration with paid strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing efforts.
Minimum of 8-10 years in performance marketing with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
