- Lead a portfolio-wide trade marketing team with a focus on consumer and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement new models of trade marketing in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Translate brand strategy into commercial standards and guidelines for distribution channels.
- Create core brand commercial program ideas, including materials that incorporate consumer insights and distribution strategies.
- Overhaul and optimize the POSM approach, creating strategic recommendations for investment.
- Manage the internal resources platform, ensuring data integrity and user access.
- Lead the creation and management of promotional pack resources.
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment of brand guidelines with commercial objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol industry and three-tier system.
- Strong business and commercial strategy experience.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
- Strategic thinking and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital platforms.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Project management expertise and cross-functional team leadership.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
A minimum of 7 years in marketing or creative marketing within consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments, with a strong background in business strategy and sales.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
