- Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors for key accounts within the market.
- Communicate guidelines and expectations to distributors to ensure flawless execution across all channels.
- Track distributor KPIs based on brand and market priorities; take corrective action as necessary.
- Drive distributors to meet sales and depletion goals and execute national and local program calendars.
- Participate in market and Maison visits, blitzes, and distributor education.
- Manage account responsibilities for top Moët Hennessy priority accounts.
- Achieve sales and depletion goals for On/Off-Premise channels.
- Inform market lead of inventory risks or opportunities to influence market forecasts.
- Own program and activity calendars for distributor-managed and Moët Hennessy-managed accounts.
- Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met and executed within brand guidelines.
- Propose programs and events in the local market in partnership with Field Territory Managers.
- Conduct competitive analysis and propose new business opportunities to market lead.
- Train and develop account leads and distributor teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- 7+ years of professional experience within sales and channel distribution.
- Deep understanding of consumer expectations within the territory.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset to meet evolving business needs.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Well-developed finance and budget management skills.
- Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to act as a liaison between distributor and other stakeholders.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in sales and channel distribution, with a focus on managing complex relationships across broad geographies.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
