- Develop long-term growth strategies across transformation areas, including new business models and revenue streams.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities, assessing feasibility factors such as technology, budget, and resources.
- Act as a change agent by anticipating industry trends and challenges, and exploring innovative solutions.
- Lead the management of new SKU launches in collaboration with the Senior Director of Brand Integration and brand teams.
- Support the launch of new Maisons in the US market by creating dedicated launch plans and ensuring seamless integration.
- Maintain a list of potential M&A targets and provide an overview of the competitive landscape.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in analytics, strategy, business development, or operations.
- Strong understanding of cultural trends in the US and their impact on business.
- Proven track record of innovative thought leadership and risk-taking for long-term benefits.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to envision future opportunities through partnerships and investments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and measure performance.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in analytics, strategy, business development, operations, or related fields.
Undergraduate degree required.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually.
