- Support development of long-term growth opportunities across transformation areas.
- Identify and size new opportunities, evaluate feasibility factors, and build recommendations.
- Act as a change agent by anticipating future trends and monitoring other industries for innovative solutions.
- Lead the management of new SKU launches and ensure readiness and communication between teams.
- Support the launch of new Maisons in the US market.
- Create and maintain a list of potential M&A targets and update quarterly.
- Build and maintain an overview of the competitive landscape.
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Strong understanding of current and upcoming cultural trends in the US.
- Progressive thought leadership on innovation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond the current state.
- Strong business/commercial acumen.
- Ability to independently manage several projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience required in analytics, strategy, business development, operations or related fields.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 per year.
