1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overarching goals, including budget control.
2. Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, providing strategic HR advice and support.

4. Guide line managers on performance management and oversee HR performance management processes.

6. Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across all recruitment channels.
7. Create and implement learning and development strategies, leveraging internal, LVMH group, and external resources.
8. Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team members.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role.
3. Understanding of the FMCG, alcohol, or luxury industry, with experience in a multinational organization preferred.

1. Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; French is advantageous.
2. Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategy, and financial principles.
3. Expertise in HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
5. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
6. Consulting skills to advise business leaders on HR-related issues.
7. Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex HR issues and analyze HR data.
8. Change management skills to lead and manage change initiatives effectively.
9. Leadership skills to mentor HR team members.
10. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR technology.
11. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
12. Coaching and mentoring abilities for managers and employees.
13. Cultural sensitivity to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
