Moët Hennessy Senior Manager of HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overarching goals, including budget control.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, providing strategic HR advice and support.
- Drive talent management initiatives, encompassing talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Guide line managers on performance management and oversee HR performance management processes.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support on employee relations matters, acting as a mediator when necessary.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across all recruitment channels.
- Create and implement learning and development strategies, leveraging internal, LVMH group, and external resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role.
- Understanding of the FMCG, alcohol, or luxury industry, with experience in a multinational organization preferred.
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategy, and financial principles.
- Expertise in HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Consulting skills to advise business leaders on HR-related issues.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex HR issues and analyze HR data.
- Change management skills to lead and manage change initiatives effectively.
- Leadership skills to mentor HR team members.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR technology.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities for managers and employees.
- Cultural sensitivity to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with specific experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
