1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance transparency, alignment, and organizational culture.
2. Craft and deliver clear, consistent messages reflecting the company's purpose and values across various channels.
3. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a sense of connection and belonging.
4. Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
5. Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to assess sentiment and identify improvement areas.
6. Lead the development and implementation of CSR initiatives, including DE&I, in alignment with company values.
7. Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize and execute CSR programs.
8. Drive internal campaigns to increase awareness and participation in CSR initiatives.
9. Track and report CSR metrics.
10. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support engagement, communication, and CSR efforts.
11. Create and execute communication strategies to foster a united and engaged workforce.
12. Manage content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with communication goals.
13. Plan and execute internal events, including vendor partnerships and logistics management.
14. Manage internal communication during periods of change or crises, ensuring transparency and clarity.
15. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee communications, corporate social responsibility, or related roles.
2. Experience in organizations with multiple regional offices is preferred.
3. Understanding of the FMCG, alcohol, or luxury industry is advantageous.
4. Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.

1. Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

10. Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
11. Experience with crisis communication is a plus.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication platforms.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
