- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance transparency, alignment, and organizational culture.
- Craft and deliver clear, consistent messages reflecting the company's purpose and values across various channels.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a sense of connection and belonging.
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to assess sentiment and identify improvement areas.
- Lead the development and implementation of CSR initiatives, including DE&I, in alignment with company values.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize and execute CSR programs.
- Drive internal campaigns to increase awareness and participation in CSR initiatives.
- Track and report CSR metrics.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support engagement, communication, and CSR efforts.
- Create and execute communication strategies to foster a united and engaged workforce.
- Manage content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with communication goals.
- Plan and execute internal events, including vendor partnerships and logistics management.
- Manage internal communication during periods of change or crises, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee communications, corporate social responsibility, or related roles.
- Experience in organizations with multiple regional offices is preferred.
- Understanding of the FMCG, alcohol, or luxury industry is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage change initiatives effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, DE&I, and corporate culture building.
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Experience with crisis communication is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication platforms.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
